Hyper Local Festival brings generations together through creativity and connection

26 June 2026

Families, grandparents and community members of all ages are invited to connect through creativity, play and shared experiences at Hyper Local: Wonder and Wisdom, a free community festival in Enfield this June.

Hyper Local: Wonder and Wisdom arrives at the Enfield Community Centre on Saturday 27 June. The free event celebrates the power of bringing generations together, creating opportunities for children, parents, grandparents and friends to connect through a range of hands-on activities.

Running from 10am to 12pm, the festival will transform the Enfield Community Centre into a welcoming space filled with creativity, conversation and fun.

Visitors can take part in kite making, painting and potting plants, enjoy live performances, join in songs and games and explore nature play activities designed to spark imagination and curiosity.

Activities have been designed to suit a range of ages, interests and abilities, ensuring everyone can participate in a way that feels comfortable and enjoyable. Healthy snacks will also be available throughout the morning.

Quiet spaces will offer a calm environment for people who prefer a more relaxed experience, creating an inclusive event that welcomes the whole community.

As communities continue to recognise the value of social connection and wellbeing, events like Hyper Local: Wonder and Wisdom provide opportunities for people to build relationships, strengthen community ties and spend quality time together.
