Christmas Day is fast approaching and there is no better way to get in the festive spirit than by singing away at one of the many Christmas Carol events happening across the state.
We’ve gathered up a list of the some of the best Christmas Carol events on offer around SA.
Renmark’s Carols in the Garden
Sunday 1 December, from 5:00 pm
Jarrett Memorial Gardens, Renmark
Join the annual Carols in the Garden for a festive night of traditional carols and Christmas cheer.
Featuring performances by local schools, performers and local singing groups – a perfect one for families in the shady parkland of the Jarrett Memorial Gardens.
Come early to enjoy a sausage sizzle at 5pm and bring rugs or chairs to enjoy a picnic.
Norwood Twilight Carols
Saturday 7 December, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Linde Reserve, Stepney
Get ready to be enchanted at the Norwood Twilight Carols as the open-air concert brings the magic of Christmas through performances, games and food trucks – something for everyone to enjoy.
Delight the young ones with some face painting, a visit from Santa, a magic show and performances by the Australian Girls Choir and Jazz It Up music.
Mount Barker Carols and Fireworks
Saturday 7 December, 5:00 pm to 9.20 pm
Mount Barker Showgrounds
The largest Christmas carol event in the Adelaide Hills is one not to be missed.
Enjoy family fun from 5 pm with food stalls, face painting, rock climbing and free kids activities, before the carols kick off at 7 pm with performances by local artists and the Carols Big Band.
Finish the festive event watching the spectacular fireworks at 9.20 pm.
Playford Community Carols

Gawler Apex Christmas Carols

Pioneer Park, Barossa
Bring on the Christmas cheer as the Gawler Apex Christmas Carols, which is set to be one of the biggest outdoor concerts of the year. Enjoy crowd favourite Christmas tunes and performances from local musicians.
Kids will love the opportunity to get their face painted and a little visit from Santa.
Campbelltown Christmas Carols and Movie
Saturday 14 December, 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Get into the festive spirit and enjoy singing along to the Christmas Carols, eat delicious food, get your face painted or even visit Santa for a family picture.
Make your way down to the screening of Home Alone at sundown and enjoy the movie night amongst the stars.

Moonta Christmas Pageant and Carols

Moonta Football Oval
Get ready for a magical Christmas in Moonta. This year, the pageant starts at 5.30pm, making its way through Moonta and finishing at the Moonta Football Oval.
From 7 pm to 8 pm, the festivities continue with kids entertainment and joyful carols – to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.
