You don’t need to be an athlete or play a team sport to take advantage of the programs that councils have on offer. Here are some fun and affordable fitness activities to try in the new year.

Group Fitness, Town of Gawler Council

Residents of Gawler can take part in a range of group fitness classes – from a low impact gentle fitness session, to social badminton and pickleball – these programs are a great social activity to add to your weekly fitness routine.
