The City of Salisbury is a local government area located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. It neighbours the City of Playford, City of Tea Tree Gully and the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.

Located on the land of the Kaurna people, it's one of the largest council areas in South Australia with an estimated population of 147,500 people and encompasses an area of 158 km². The region enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, having cool, wet winters and warm to hot, dry summers.

Salisbury is a progressive, sustainable and connected community, with the availability of land for residential and industrial development, an abundance of parks and recreational facilities, university and TAFE campuses, a military base, an airport and a major bus and train hub in the city centre.
