The City of Mitcham is a local government area in the foothills of southern Adelaide, South Australia. The council manages a 75.7 km2 area with a population of approximately 68,000.

Located on the land of the Kaurna people, the City of Mitcham is only 6 km south of the CBD, and blends both urban and semi-rural areas, and is renowned for its avenues of street trees, beautiful parks, reserves and gardens.
